  • Practice the arousal regulation game 
  • Identify what red, orange, yellow, and green zones look like on your dog. Please don’t purposely trigger them into reacting; just consider what those zones look like on your dog!
  • Practice the treat waterfall and treat magnet management strategies

Optional video submission:

Please keep videos under 30 seconds. You can submit 2 per week. Please set up your phone (or have a helper record) to include both you and your dog in the video.
